Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro, fresh (save a few leaves for garnish)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 large jalapeño
  • 2 cups Pineapple
  • 3 tbsp Red onion
  • 1/3 cup red cabbage
  • 2 whole kiwi
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients in a dish and serve with tortilla chips.  Garnish with cilantro or lime. Serve as a dip or a condiment with Mexican style dishes. Slim Salsa can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
